Vent Shaft & Soot Cleaning/Lead & Asbestos Remediation and Disposal at Holland Tunnel, Port Authority of NY & NJ
EAI provided all the environmental services for the complete rehab of the four vent buildings of the Holland Tunnel for both the NY and NJ location. EAI's
scope of work included permitting, custom wastewater treatment design, and soot, lead, and asbestos remediation and disposal, all sampling, and health and
safety inspections. |

Installation of Venting and Liquid Boot at Former Lowes & New Burlington Coat Factory
(Ocean Township, NJ)
EAI installed the sub-slab venting into a new layer of stone, and installed the Liquid Boot vapor barrier over the new layer of stone and down into the
sections where the piles had been driven. Upon completion of the vapor barrier installation, EAI installed ceiling mounted methane sensors to allow for
future monitoring of the building. |
