| Gloria Esposito Scholarship Awarded |

The Gloria Esposito Leadership Legacy Scholarship was awarded to Andrea Ramirez, a
Ferris High School graduate. The award was presented by the Hudson County Chamber of
Commerce, provided by The Leadership Legacy Foundation, of which EAI's President, Rob
Carvalho, is a founding member. The scholarship was named in honor of Gloria
Esposito, who was the first woman appointed to the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce and
the longest serving deputy mayor in Jersey City history. She also owned and operated
Commerce Help Mates. The recipient must demonstrate dedication and a strong will to
succeed and possess stellar leadership skills and aptitude. She also must be
continuing her education within Hudson County.

| EAI, Inc. was a sponsor of the 51st Annual Hudson County Science Fair at the Liberty Science Center in Liberty State Park in Jersey City. Four of EAI's employees also judged science projects for students in various environmental categories. |
